Am I going to die?- Nick said through tears

Oh, no. You'll just need to spend a few nights in the hospital and we'll have to show you how to manage your diabetes- doctor

*Nick not wanting Grace to see him showing weakness, stopped crying and sat up straight*

Now, is there a number that we can reach your parents with?- doctor

*The doctor took the piece of paper from Nick and left the room*

*There was silence then Grace started balling. Nick pulled her close and she rested her head on his chest*

Ssh. Gracie don't cry- Nick

I'm just so scared, Nick- Grace

Ug, you're right. I'm being stupid, sorry- Grace sitting up

No, no. Gracie, you're never stupid. This just shows me that you care about me, and knowing that makes me the happiest guy on earth. But you don't need to be scared. I'll be fine- Nick wiping away Grace's tears

Are you sure?- Grace

*Grace giggled. Nick stared into her crystal blue eyes, then gave her a long kiss*

Hey! I came as soon as I heard! How are you...Oh, oops..uh, didn't want to crash the party. Sorry- Joe bursting into the room
