Just random thoughts on the problem of teenage gangs.

Help for the elderly project.
We are getting excited about this project and much has been done. All of the information is now on a new page (almost a website in itself).

Check out http://www.askgeriatric.com/silversurfers

Teachers and schoolchildren check out

http://btinternetrangers.co.uk and see how you can get involved in helping the elderly......and there are some prizes to be won.

  • I really do believe there is still hope for the future. I'm a 15 year old girl, and while indeed there are many people my age who are involved in antisocial behavior, just remember, it's not everyone. I face unpleasant, rude chavs everyday, but I know I'm wiser than they will ever be I hope the unpleasant things I've been through will be worth it for what I could achieve one day.

  • I believe most gang members do not have access to an education.

    2. there all want to be significant and respected. The quickest way to get that is to demonstrates ones significance in the hierachy of the estate/gang by showing how significant there are - or to coin another word powerful. Maybe power is a code word for respect. And may be fear and fear of being taken advantage or losing that power(respect) is what fuels one to attack another. I grew up on an estate and that is just my take on it.

  • Hello Youtubers

  • Britain has the highest crime rate- there're too many yobs in this area, they need to get more police to enforce harder punishments.

  • It can be very discouraging either watching those types of people or having the misfortune of interacting with them. I try to look on the bright side. That is, I try to remind myself that since the dawn of time there were people being brutal to each other. They just wear different colors, share different lingo, and fight about different things today. While it all seems lost, there are good people out there just as frustrated with the lot as I am.

  • I live across the pond, and I much say from personal experience in both countries that gangs are much more REAL in the United States when it comes to death and drugs and crime. That doesn't mean it doesn't happen everywhere, including the British Isles. There's a ton of posing in all countries, specially chavs in England and gangsta wannabies in America.

  • I think these childish gangs need to grow up and realise we are all in the same gang, we're called the English. And our territory is much larger than their little street blocks and parks, it is England.

  • Heyy nice vid im in a Gang my self but we stay in our own town but these kids have nothing better to do as u said they have nothing to do so this is what they resort to witch is kinda sad but my gang dont get into fight as often most of time we just tag around and im now cleaning up my act im going back to school and thinking bout my future =) great vid keep it up
