  • my fermenter is bubbling at 1 bubble every minute. Should I wait until there are no bubbles at all before bottling? Thanks

  • @bluelagoon10023 It's still fermenting. I would wait for a few more days. I have gone as long as 2 weeks from starting the batch before bottling mine. Normally I bottle it within a week. Sorry it took me so long to answer you. I'm sure you have it bottled by now.

  • Why not just use a bottling bucket with the typical 3/4 cup sugar to save yourself time and get more consistent quality beer?

  • @kinerry I do now but 3/4 cup isn't enough for a six gallon batch. I use 1 1/4 cups of dextrose.

  • powdered sugar sucks but if you added the appropriate amount of sugar to your wort after fermenting you wouldnt have to deal with it at all.

  • @nenahbball Everything you need are in the kit including hops. Get you a kit and make some then tell everybody how it's done.
