  • Well, in the spirit of Open Source, improve it! Really, no hard feelings... I'd love to see a lot more people creating Linux and Open Source commercials.

    Ardour and qjackctl.

  • @BigBananaMan that is NOT audacity! ¬¬ Audacity looks NOTHING like that! It is actually ardour

  • GNU till I die!!! free software will triumph but not for a while, there are only a small handful of GNU/Linux distros that use ALL free software, the ones that DO are listed on the GNU website, I hate proprietary software and I love emacs

  • @wild2892 compiz-fusion

  • it's predicting popular OS changes :)

  • 2nded!

  • i think its ardour.. you can download it on add/remove programs ;)

  • PCLinuxOS KDE 3.x.

  • I didn't see any open programs at 0:32. Now that I look at it you probably meant 0:33. The program being used is Audacity.

  • Really the first working GNU used the Linux kernel. In fact, Linus wrote that because the HURD kernel for GNU was not finished. But I agree it was instrumental in it's creation and should have been included, especially UNIX. Of course Windows has always been instrumental in recruiting people over to Linux. The day I overcame Windows after 10 years of using it from 98-ME-XP-Vista was the first day I used Vista. I always thought I hated computers until I tried Ubuntu 7.10 later that week.
