@chrisgrinhard I like, but I disagree with #3. I think it's okay to talk to other people as long as you're being positive with good intentions. If they SOMEHOW take it the wrong way then that's on them and you can beat their ass for SOMEHOW taking your positive remark in a negative way. I think some places could benefit from spreading a little optimism.

@chacha2617 Exactly...and people think we're not making gains in equality. Just look 40 years ago...it was still rough for minorities then. Much has changed. The problem is that now it's going the opposite way in which there are regulations (like businesses having to hire so many minorities) that are giving minorities advantages over non-minorities.

@applestar27 Again, generalizing white people. Do you realize that when you generalize behaviors to all white people like that you are doing the exact same thing as the white people you dislike do? Even if the whiter person instigated it that doesn't mean she has to handle the situation like this. She could have walked away...or waited in silence...or ignored the ignorance of the white lady...a million other reactions would have been better than being a loud ass, inconsiderate person.

And that category being the one's responsible for slavery because my ancestors were not involved in it...they came straight from Norway AFTER slavery was abolished. I will deem you as an ignorant "reverse racist" for generalizing all white people as some white people generalize all black people. We all came from the first people on this earth and at one time we were all the same color.
