This is a huge hurdle for me. I don't even weigh during T.O.M because I retain a lot. I do workout during that time. I try to watch what I eat beause I crave chocolates and sweets.

Yes I have to do too cause wow I be hunting chocolate likes there is no other thign on tthe planet and O dont really love chocolate I like it but i can do without it lol
Love finally peeling of the bad layers that can prevent me from succeeding
Cause i think before losing a pound you have to lose the negative mental thinking

I dont have that exact problem, but when tom does come around I feel lazy and not in the mood to workout. Also I hate when that time comes around bc it does show you heavier on the scale. And you have to wait till its over and hope you've lost more then before it started. lol What a pain it is bing a female sometimes. *rolls eyes*

I have the same problem..but I have found that eating foods that are natural diuretics(watermelon,green tea,apple cider vinegar,cabbage) help fight the bloating and remove the water wt.also instead of a cake or candy bar try chocolate flavored pudding cups or pudding pops, not as many calories but help take the edge off.

Great video always good to recognise the triggers and take note of them. For me I try not deny myself if I want chocolate I just have a little bit because if I dont have it then its trouble. On my Slimmingw world diet it allow so many things that why I enjoy that diet. Keep going girl and dont give up.
