  • A lot of Catholicism is also very much a part of their teachings, Crowder has gotten away with quoting Catholic saints, following Catholic beliefs. I think the time has come to challenge him on this, and so we will if the lord permit.

You are doing an outstanding job here Nat, words cannot express the gratitude I have for your humble labor in Christ!

  • Thanks vinnie,

You've been putting out some pretty good material yourself. I'm not as good with the technical, editing stuff, so I just talk. But, I respect the guys who can actually produce a video. Thanks.

  • I thought the gnostics believed in salvation through knowledge, wheras John Crowder is saying almost the opposite.

To be honest the way you use your historical head knowledge is nearer to the gnostics.

Also, do you believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit??

Do you believe we can feel or have any experiences of God. It's not just "Crowderites" who have believed in a this, but billions of Christians, are you putting yourself above them as their judge as well??

  • You just judged me as being a judge.

  • Thanks for answering all the questions! I was asking you the question if you are judging all the other charismatic Christians too.The definition of judging as in Matthew 7:1(kree'no) is to condemn, damn. As you have said that Crowder is not a Christian and some have said worse I would say that fits the definition of what Jesus is talking about. Are you going to respond to any of my other questions then? I don't judge/condemn you. You are my brother in Christ, whether you believe it or not.

  • sapphirus,

    O.K. you want answers,

Question 1: That depends on what you mean by 'gifts of the Holy Spirit'.

    Question 2: Yes

Question 3: That is an ad hominem statement.

Now, did you really want answers to those questions or to further marginalize me as a hateful academic consumed with a religious spirit? Listen, we could discuss the greek language and/or gnosticism all day and I like doing that, but if you want to dialogue then send me a message. Not enough characters allowed here.

  • Talking about the three dislikes for the video.

  • Looks like three people can't handle the truth.

  • Amen, centralise the Holy Ghost experiences, yay for enjoy God and his presence... its the goodness of the Holy Ghost that leads men to repentence... so enjoying Gods goodness n centralising it leads men to repentence. yay for SOULS SAVED

  • You have made some in my opinion topnotch commentaries on this movement, and I just want to honor and thank you for that. Highly appreciated!

  • Nice beard.

  • Ok, I will email you then. Have you considered making a video about your personal beliefs and what you believe strenghtens your walk with God? I would be interested in this.

No offense, but it would be nice to see some more positive videos by you and sermonfire about the gospel and how you became a Christian. Just a thought.

I was not attacking you by the way, just the way you have said things. We are all from different Christian backgrounds and no one has the whole truth.
