  • Beautiful song and great group. But is Williams a singer?

  • @FAUSTORICCARDO "But is Williams a singer?" Nicely put Fausto. Great shame Emmylou did'nt take the lead, especially as she takes a writing credit for the song along with Gram......

  • @FAUSTORICCARDO Hell yea she is a singer.

  • @FAUSTORICCARDO I'd say that what makes a singer a 'singer' is the special something that sets them apart from the rest. I'd say that since Bernie leadon (ex Burrito)is singing backup and an amazing singer like Emmylou harris considers Victoria enough of a singer that she would hug her like she does at the end of the song, that that pretty much answers that question. I know the difference between great technical ability and a great voice. Emmylou is both. but Victoria is still great.

  • Pretty good lineup...

  • This is pretty amazing. I am actually glad that Emmylou did not sing the lead. I would probably have cried my eyes out and everyone would have been waiting for Gram to come in. This may have been recorded when Sheryl was just finished with chemo for her breast cancer. Her hair is so short. Gives a new slant to the Hour of Darkness and Hour of Need line. Always good to see Chris and Raol along with Steve. All in all inspite of the fact it was rough like most sing-a-longs, it was moving.

  • Yo!! Happy Halloween!! Vic is amazing!! Always has been and always will be.

  • You forgot Buddy Miller in the list of musicians

  • Too much a nasally little girl voice for my liking. Emmylou or Gillian Welch should have sang lead.

  • Is this heaven?

  • people who think victoria isnt a singer, and is simply puttin' on. Well there're idiots.
