  • Did you say time machine? I don't have a laptop so id buy an internal over an external also can that External work with a Mac and a PC

  • Yeah I meant that it will auto backup my files using the TimeMachine software built into the OS. Yes the drive can work (I think) both ways. Read only wont be an issue but writing could as its different formats.

  • I bought a Lacie 1tb for £80, I didn't buy it for the capacity, just the Design.

    Its Stunning.

  • Lacie's are nice - pricey but ive heard good things about them.

  • 1.5 is no joke, I have a 500gig external and that is hard enough to fill! Imma get the 1.5 though just to keep me going for a while!

  • Yeah I know what you mean - the only reason why I got it cause it was priced really good and was in the market for a drive which could cater for my backup of the iMac.

  • i got this new from radioshack but my pc doesnt read it n i cant format this shit returning this tomorrow or monday fvckin trash a waste so far.

  • I have a iomega external 250GB hd for time machine

  • Yea it's not a US plug, it's for the rest of Europe (mainland), we use the same one here in Belgium ^^

  • i think they would probs give 2 so if you had 2 bits of hardware to charge?

  • the the 2 small ones are the us ones

  • read the back of the box for the adapter knowledge

  • @TheChrisRoom its a complete pain in the arse, we have to take different adapters to loads of european countries..and some countries and very unstable electricty so plugging your iphone in etc can be like russian roulette

  • The smallest adapter that flips out is the one for the United States. The first time I heard Europe had different power adapters than America was when I was in college in an electronic principles class. But I had not realized there were several different adapters across Europe... figured Europe would have all the same. That is inconvenient.
