The counter only works if you have it on impression. : ) I run one of these from time to time.

Nope, it was not stuck. When it's running but not making impressions, it clicks like that...almost turning over, but not quite.

Great quality
I love running my windmill. This is still the best way to crash number, die cut, & foil stamp. Thanks for the artistic look of the beauty & engineering behind these wonderful machines!
