To all of you, I used to have an old version of the Spanish Reina-Valera bible, before the 60s edition, and it says effeminate and abusers of mankind with themselves. The word arsenokoites has an obscure meaning, yet only my NET bible points that out, while my NLT and NIV don't. The word malakoi doesn't even mean gay. I now understand why Jews have to learn Hebrew instead of buying an old testament.

The word homosexual was mentioned in the bible but it was interpreted wrong from Hebrew! The word is malakos which are male tempol prostitutes! Plus god nor jesus ever use say it is a sin!
-
To smurfboywv thats a lie the word 'homosexual' is mentioned in the bible and has been around for a very long time
-
@jasmin24ist Oh by the way, the word homosexual never appeared until the late 1960's.
-
@apples33ds Jesus says "remember they hated me before they hated you".
-
@jasmin24ist No i'm not kidding, those verses speak about temple prostitution, rape, and idol worship. No one in the bible had any concept of modern day gay people. Christians added that to the bible. God also warns not to add or take away from the bible so there go all the catholics straight to hell.

Hey guys, you can't pick and choose what you want out of the bible it says clear as day that homosexuals can't enter the kingdom of heaven study your bible you'll then see its wrong
1 Corinthians 6:9
Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders
-
@smurfboywv your kidding right? I hope so...It condemns homosexuality in 1'st Corinthians chapter 6:9, idolatress theives homosexuals will never enter the kingdom of heaven, study you bible then you'll see that homosexuality is a big sin and God does not let them into the kingdom
-
@NorrisArt Exactly! Then we have our heteros who are killing kids and beating them.
-
@apples33ds Yes he is wrong, the bible condemns prostitution, sexual rituals, idolatry, and sexual worship of other Gods. It NEVER condemns homosexuality, there was no sense of homosexuality in those days, and the OT stories are just stories of things that happened in those times.
( I Cor. 6:9). Male prostitutes (malakos) and Homosexual offenders (arsenokoites). The Greek word arsenokoites in the text is obvious ... arseno (ass) and Koites (sex): Thus "arsenokoites" literally means "ass fucking." This was an abomination. In Israel any sex outside of marriage was ADULTRY therefore sin. There was no tradition of men marrying, therefore any sex outside of the sanctity of marriage was fornication and/or adultry, period.
