If you ]ahve any question about Judaism, get the Jewish perspective on it. Ask an ordained orthodox rabbi to find the truth. Then you'll at least have a foundation based in truth (and not likely fiction)

This blog is like the song 'Ball of Confusion'. It takes 17 years for a Jewish child to learn Judaism. Saying what you thing is Jewish law or custom may not be Judaic fact Example: In 'Old testament', when Moses transmitted 'Oral Law' (i.e. Old Testament) from G-D, he explained it to Joshua & rabbis (becomes the 'Written law'). Rabbis codified the Written Law' OR 'Rabbinic law'.The Rabbinic law is proper practice of Oral Law today.Practicing Oral law only, is a capital sin in Judaism.

Yes I am older than you son... LOL Your age is a handicap to you because I thought I knew a lot at your age too and I know now that I was wrong I have learned junior that at 17-18 you may think you know about the world but you have no idea til you turn about 21! You mature more and you think differently you have not experienced some of the things that I have and yet you talk like your older than I and know what your saying when you open your mouth.
