Heian Shodan. ( 空手道 糸東流 )

Tercer kata formal enseñado por el grupo Shito Kai Sosei ( Budo Sosei Kai ) que introduce técnicas de patada y la utilización del Gyaku y el Yoko hanmi. Por su grado de dificultad, es el kata que más recuerda su origen Kooshokun Dai, se le asigna el nivel de 4ºKyu o cinto verde.

The name of that Kata is Heian Nidan, you have another video with the name of Heian Nidan and that video is really Heian Shodan.

This kata may have different names depending on the style of karate and traditional versus modern practice. You must study the history of the kata. The pinan (heian) series has a complex history.

their is a problem the kate shown is heian nedan not heian shodan. look it up with yoseikan style with i practice or shotokan which as a little variate but the kata is almost the same
