In This video is it you? if is really you please help my flare =( my flare leg for in front was straight like yours , but when i swing it back, my both leg at the back was bend like L shape , how to make a V shape like yours in the back when Flare? pls pls pls reply me , i nid help badly =( thanks for your video too~ it was cool

@BBoyJet7 Yo this is me, but few years ago. To get your legs straight at the back, you need to get up higher in the back. So try to be high in front at the side and in the back, by swinging legs up high in front and making big circles with hips. More tips can be found in other comments... good luck! can u post a vid of your flares?

how long does it take to get at least this good. cus i practice but feal like i just wont get any better. and im like exceptional at everything i do : (

hmm.. with two times training per week, it took me like 2/3 months...but these flares arent thát good anyway...

damnet, i get my right leg under my left. then get ready to come around but my damn left leg just wont stey up. wth. do i gotta push the left leg up in the air. whats up lol

yeah try to kick/swing your left leg up high and then follow with your body and hips high as well
