Josh Schlottman here and as a Napa personal trainer I wanted to share with you my 5 absolute best ab exercises to get a flat stomach and blast the belly fat. If you're looking to get rid of that unslightly fat around the midsection and don't want to do hundreds of situps then these are what I've found to be some of the best ab exercises out there. I feel the description is missleading. Fat loss cannot be targetted by doing specific evercises in that area, thus doing ab exercises isn't the best way to "get rid of that unslightly fat around the midsection". Love the five fingers though!

How many sets and reps do you recommend if you were to combine all 5 ab exercises in a superset ?

Good trainers know...I wish you included some lower ab exercises. Most clients tend to overtrain the other regions and neglect low back and low abs....Good Work
