@thezaylady Not necessarily, I have seen kids use fireworks sensibly supervised by their parents;they like have had firework safety drummed into them.

@AnthonyUK The people who I see the most misusing fireworks are adults. As for the teenagers and kids, they are supposed to be supervised by adults.
