  • thank you for the wonderful videos! I've never made a quilt before but am interested in beginning. You speak in a manner that is friendly and encouraging to someone that has no quilting experience. You also have a way of making the quilting process look fun and somewhat easy!

  • what kind of sewing machine was that lol love it

  • I love heat transfer batting....just iron, and it's based to the top enough to finish! A great option for small quilts and table runners!

  • @petmomful Sounds beautiful!! I'd love to see a picture! Share it with us on facebook! Have a great weekend!

  • I just made a little quilt, and I used a temporary adhesive spray, and pins, to keep it together. Then I hooped each square and stitched a simple feather quilt design on my embroidery machine, and a longer feather design on the borders. It turned out great and I quilted it in 2 days!

  • Thanks for these lovely tutorials! I was wondering if you had a tip to avoid the backing material from bunching or folding. I used pins to hold the layers together but I used jersey cotton on the back and now have a lot of folds. (Using jersey cotton for the back I think was a bad idea!). What material do you often use for baby blankets? Thank you for your help. CJ
