Censoring in the name much? Why is the word "ninja" bad in europe, is it because of the meaning of the word..meaning assassin? Blood and ninja Seem to be "NO-No" in europe.

In fact, i'm european and never thought that word has ever been censored around here.
I checked wikipedia and in fact, teenage mutant NINJA turtles in UK and Germany were called teenage mutant HERO turtles for the reason you say. Interesting. Though i think it's more a matter of UK and Germany more than the whole Europe.
