Well I condensed it slightly but what he basically says is: inorder to reduce CO2 to zero we need to bring the population nearer to zero.

First of all, we dont need to reduce CO2 because it is actually good for the planet, and if he wants to reduce the population he can start with himself as far as im concerned. Secondly, he is a computer programmer not a scientist so fuck him and his opinion.
