you've obviously taken more voice lessons than me, but my advice would be to focus more on having a soft feminine texture to your voice, and less focus on the actual pitch, starting words in a clear soft tone and letting the words flow melodically instead of short abrupt phrases. If you can do that and sell it, no one will doubt you

Texture, flow, soft and clear, with smooth melody and not short phrases. Then have the conviction and confidence to sell it. Sounds right on. Thanks for your insightful advice. I need to work with a tape recorder and play around with melody and phrasing till I get it right. Are you moving? Heard there may be a lot of lay offs next year at my school and wondering if I too will move if I get canned.

Hi Cara,blush all you want its true.Its wet cold and very windy 60 mph winds,trees down,trains not running,even the channel ferries have stopped because of the winds.Its a bit like you had a few months ago.Im sure you guys send it over to us,stay in florida it must be warmer.lol tamsin cornwall england uk

@netnut7 to add, I think the best thing we can do is to simply observe gg females in everything from speaking style to fashion. Find a voice that you aspire to and listen carefully to how it sounds.

I wouldn't move for economical reasons, i like my job, i've thought about moving to go be with my bf though. But there are other moments where I think I'd rather stay in NY and have him come to me.
