Tour of Second Floor of the NewenHouse

Here Sonya tours the second floor of the NewenHouse kit home that aims to be Passive House and LEED Platinum certified. The second floor hosts three bedrooms and a bathroom that has both a tub and a separate shower area with recycled handmade tile by Fireclay. Sonya and Cecil share the home with a roommate Bjorn a Farm to School program innovator. The HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilation Unit) is in a bedroom closet and is so quite it does not need any additional sound proofing.
