Custom Ferrari 458 Italia by Moorespeed: Hard Acceleration and Walk Around

This is the coolest 458 I have ever seen. Thank you to the owner for putting on a good show.

Speaking with Moorespeed, I discovered the only modifications made to this 458 were the carbon fiber and the lowering. The owner did not want to wait to receive the car from a dealership in the US, so he had the car flown into Austin, where Moorespeed picked up the car. He told them, that if they couldn't lower it by an inch within a week, he didn't want it anymore.

Ferrari factory actually has a windtunnel to test aerodynamics.

So I think they know a thing or two about downforce.

Putting a wing on a car it doesn't always mean that it is funcional.

The most difficult challenge in making a road going high performance car is to get the higher downforce with the simplest and cleanest surface possible.

The 458 does not need a wing cause they solved the problem in a different way.

So basically what you have done is mess up completely two years of Ferrari R&D.

@valensi1988 That is a retarded thing to say - the drag might hurt this thing in the upper reaches of the tach but its going to provide way more stability under braking on a track....Id rather see this thing with a carbon aero wing getting put through its paces than some guy tooling around talking about how its perfect the way it came...track cars get wings for a reason - even ferraris noob
