@anarmehtievful Ottoman Turks were the last Turkic conquerors of Black sea region. Before that other Turkic conquerors conquered these regions and settled down. The byzantine empire christianized many of Bulgar Turks for example, they did the same in Anatolia with other Turks and used them in their army against Turks. Even at the conquest against ottoman Turks 1453. Laz population and migration was little some ten thousand went to black sea region.

@anarmehtievful Til 1918 Black sea region was crowded with Kipchak Turks. Kipchak Turks LAST (not first) migration to Black sea region of Anatolia was centuries ago. Their first migration to this region was at least before the 5th century. Furthermore Anatolia has generally a turkic population for thousands of years. Turkic inscriptions from all over Anatolia prove Turks to be the owners of this region. They date back to at least 2 thousand years before christ.

The Greeks and Mingrelians (Laz) had their own Kingdom of Pontus until the Ottoman Turks invaded it in the 15th century AD. After 1918, the Laz or Mingrelians were forced aswsimilated tino the mainstream Turkish, adopted Turkish names, and lost their native language, Laz, while the Greeks were forced to leave after massacres, which the last was in 1975. Kypchaks were new, not natives.

@fmkaya06 Pntiac Greeks were 1,200,000 in Anatolia, manily in the Black Sea regions of Turkey! Between 1914-1975, most Greeks immigrated to Greece, Georgia, Russia, Azerbaijan, Syria, Lebanon, and many went to the US, Canada! Western and Northern Anatolia were a Greek dominated regions!
