All Points Bulletin 10-57 Hit and Run(they deserve it for walking around in a built up area when there are maniacs like me on the loose)
Skynyrdrebellion being a general bastard on the streets of Liberty City.
I would have shot loads more of the bastards in the park at the end if I had realised that I still had a 100 health rating!

I never tire of the killing, I often go on killing sprees in the parks for the sheer joy of it as the pigs don't come into them as much, so you can get on with the psychopathic murdering relatively unhindered.
