Things have changed big time since I featured you on Sweet Raw-La-La! Thanks in part to your influence. Now I am "The Health Exhibitionist".

Remember when you told me to remind you about The Raw Built Body Project? Well here's a sweet little reminder. Nudge, nudge. <3

Hey, I was just wondering where you got those amazing wooden bowls from? I´m also looking for big water bottles like the one you have, and was also wondering where to get one of those ; ) Thanks so much, and great video!

"The wise man knows what he knows not."

Thanks Anthony, I'm loving kefir lately (and not to get too technical, but I believe its pronounced "kay-feer"-well, my romanian husband pronounces it that way.) Is it not raw if i get it from whole foods? i've just got some grass-fed goat's kefir and I'm on a raw fast, is this technically not raw unless you make it yourself?

Really digging the humility and modesty coming from you!

good that you are open to other teachings about food. i got sick as a vegan and MOST strict vegans and raw foodists i see are sick, weak & out of balance.

try to force an Inuit Indian into a raw vegan diet and tell them they wont be able to connect to the spiritual side of life...they will laugh at you then maybe eat you ;-]

right on man...Ive been truly enjoying your videos lately.

Great point about not being able to connect to the spiritual side because of eating flesh, Im totally with you on that. Who are we to think "our" diet is superior? Who the heck knows?

Thanks again and keep spreading the light, it is totally appreciated by all.

Could you please shed to us what you ate when you were a raw foodist or vegan? How long were you on it for?

You are on point on how to keep your cup half full so that you can continue to learn.

I truly believe that philosophy. There are so many different modalities out there that may or may not work for you but I know for me, I have to walk the walk before I can talk the talk. Much love and Peace Rocky :)

I truly enjoy your comments in this video. I agree that it's important to remain open to new ideas and to remain a student.

I recently did the same as you in mixing the different salts I've collected into a little grinder.

When I travel, finding local salts is a priority. My friends are somewhat riddled when I do this.

I have some salt from South America, France, Italy, and Asia...but none from Hawaii. The various flavors are multidemensional, if that is possible.
