it's a little dead end street near Taylor Hospital, off of Chester Pike. It's called midgetville because little dicks go back there. A prime example: look at the two little dicks in the video. Now, whoever uploaded this video will get pissed off at my comment and probably delete it.

I worked with a guy 15 yrs ago that grew up around there and told me about that place and I always thought it was bullshit. He embelished a little on the description though. He also said the people living there would get pissed off about kids going there and would chase them off, even shot he friend with a bb gun. Guess I owe you an apology John!
