Though I don't like massive corporate monopolies, especially when it comes to information, the President isn't a dictator and has no power to stop corporations from merging. 5 media corps. own all of the networks in the US and ultimately espouse propaganda that is beneficial to the corporate giants that hold stock in it and sponsor it. They also do a great job at politically dividing and conquering Americans.

Sadly, Holder and the Obama administration have continually upheld the idea of an imperial presidency where nobody will be prosecuted regardless of the legality or illegality of their actions. They are political cowards who are continuing the shaming of our country. I'd say Holder should be impeached for dereliction of duty, gross violation of ethical conduct, and complicity in war crimes. But we all know the Dems don't have enough spine to do that.
