I would think about integrated cooling, i know that the 85 watt chargers can get very hot if charging for over 20 mins. Also where does the laptop give off heat from? Maybe you could rest it on a heat sync the size of the laptop and the foam then be underneath for shock absorption and perhaps some fans which blew air through the heat sync. But all in all i love the case, it has inspired me to make something similar!

that's a really good way to waste a macbook pro, i think the best quality of the MBP is portability... in there you can put even the worst Dell pc and makes no difference.

@MrSlartie - There are many ways to do it, we can do the heat syncs, cooling pads, integrate fans or just merely cut channels in the foam to dissipate heat and allow airflow. The fans are located on the back of the mbp and the design of the case in the video allows the mbp to rest on the lip of foam on the back and the fans push the air out the back so it isn't restricted.
