@kkcarlson1 a lady gaga costume is actually quite simple, cuz either you copy one of hers or you can make one up. I did that last year, and lets just say i needed a shitload of bubblewrap

dress like gaga...go to good will, buy the ugliest stuff you ca, glue them to your head and your gaga..

the hoodie is too big at the sides... it needs to fit the head a little more but that was still a convincing look... love it!
