@ruantengyi Interestingly enough, her father was also reported to have died in the tornado as well, although the reports were later proven to be false. My theory is that they may have been rescue workers who had taken her to an orphanage or something like that. Otherwise, I seriously doubt that they would've taken her if it had been reported earlier that her father was alive as well.

Someone should do a age progression sketch description of what the girl might look like today as a woman, so anyone who is watching may recognize the woman or the woman herself might finally found something special about her and close this cold case.
