See Plantar fasciitis 2 for updated video- http://bit.ly/eOy0b1. We have had phenomenal success with this technique for people with plantar/ arch pain. We will be posting an 'extra strength' variation of this technique very soon which provides even greater support for people with chronic pain.

Whether you refer to it as "heel pain", "heel spur", plantar, fasciitis, "strassburg sock", "night splint sore heel", "morning heel pain", "heel cup", use an orthotic, "plantar fasciitis", orthotic, "heel insert", "plantar fasciitis tear", "plantar fascia", fasciitis, "planters fasciitis", "planter fashitis", "plantars fasitis", "facitis fasciitis", fasciitis, fashitis, fasitis, facitis, or fasciitis KT Tape will help.

  • Do the different colors mean anything or is it just for clarity in the video?

  • Yes- there is no difference between the colors other than personal preference.

  • @LumosInc yes there is deffinetly some thing to do with colours. the colour can affect the muscular strength. although they might dont even know.

  • @bizyvisat Other brands of kinesiology tape may vary in elasticity, but with the KT Tape brand, there is no difference between the rolls other than color preference!

  • @Crimsonkitsune333 only difference is black is waterproof

  • I have plantar fasciitis. The pain used to be on the bottom of my foot but now it's the back of the heel. Is there anything to do differently with the tape if the pain is there? Also, I'm a supinator... should I tape differently because of that?

  • I've just done what you taught here, I'll give you my verdict soon.

  • Hey! I'm taping my feet for plantar fasciitis, but I have problems with getting the tape to stick to my ankle/calf. What am I doing wrong, and how can I fix this? (:

  • On the second piece of tape...coming across the bottom of the foot, how much tension is used? It looks like no or very little....
