When I do my backbend I stay completly still. I can't pick my legs up my body just freezes and I can only move closer or get up.

My leg cant carry my weight i dont know why i do it on the couch though

for me i think yoga back walkover is an easierr wayy... then u get use to it doing it this way

Just to let you all know, I'm a gymnast and dancer and the first stretch for your wrists, can really damage your wrists. I highly recommend just doing wrist circles or something like that. Just a word of advice. xoxo

I Cant Kick over. I Can do the bridge. but i just cant do the kickover :(. i be scared i might hurt myself.. How Old r U MayBugsFlips? I'm 13.

@AbercrombieLuver153 no exactly... one is one motion, and the other gived you time to adjust and push off. a backwalker is usually harder

got a pirate themed dance solo this year, opening act for the group in recitals. my teacher said it was because i could do a backbend, and wanted me to choreograph somthing really cool, so im gunna learn to do this. thanks so much :) really helped!

MayBugFlips what level of gymnalstics are you in???
because i am in level 3 and i still CAN NOT!!!! do a back kick over and walk over ive been trying soo hard but i never get any better i caan do the back bend but not the kick over
