Roland Martin of CNN is proud of his Haitian heritage. He revealed during one of President's Obama Inaugural Balls on Tuesday, January 20, 2009 in Washington D.C. He is working on a project along with Haitian-American State Senator Kwame Raoul, who replaces Obama in Illinois. They will soon travel to Haiti to assess the situation of the country, and to also see how they can contribute in improving the living condition of the Haitian people.
