@ghassanco1 who considers himself syrien? any way idont see any difrence between lebanese and syrien assyrin kiladany or arami or arab.any body that has semitic blood or speaks a semetic language is the same to me. so we have here a phenamenon called fayrouz that only comes around once in a 1000 years and waht we do ? we argue about nothing,lets just consider ourselves lucky and listen to fayrouz cuz once she s gone shes not coming back.

No one is forcing anyone to become an Arab. Some people are Arabs, others aren't. Fairuz is an Arab, Gibran Khalil Gibran is an Arab, I am an Arab and you are not, it's as simple as that...
