Yeah, many of their jams of the time had a desultory, meandering sense to them. But here, the Beatles--particularly George on leslie and Ringokick this jam up. It sounds so contemporary; funkified, insistent, groovin', giving Billy Preston reason to confirm that maybe the boys were indeed in living colour, so to speak, just as he thought. I wonder if some time these songs as Madman, Watching Rainbows, I lost my little girl and others including this one will appear on some continuation of "Anthology", cleaned and restored.
