better quality http://fr.youtube.com/watch?v=x1tmwOXrdSA&feature=channel_page&fmt=18 This is dedicated to Liranm89, one of the nicest guys on Youtube, who has to join the Israeli Army for a while. Take good care of yourself my friend! We will miss your playing, but you will be back!

"Learn to play simple things extremely well and your playing will develop so quickly you won't know what hit you." STANLEY YATES

Emilio Pujol (1886-1980) is one of the great Spanish guitar icons, following in the footsteps of Tárrega. His music highly rated but too rarely played.
I follow his "Escuela Razonda de la Guitarra", one of the best guitar instruction books ever written.
This modest piece for instance is an exercise for right hand thumb development. Pujol's studies always sound nice, they are not mere technical pieces. His later studies are not easy at all! This one is simple though, I hope you enjoy this little tune with the melody in the bass.

  • very good playing. full of sensitiveness. I often listen your performances. I like the way you play.

  • Lovely study & played so cleanly. You smile around the 58 second stage and are so right to do so. Most enjoyable, thanks for recording.

  • Merci vabejas, je viens de découvrir cette étude, elle est magnifique.

Votre guitare à une sonorité extrêmement profonde, quelle en est la marque et le modèle ?

    Cordialement,

  • Good playing. That's a great bass tone.

  • The Guitar is a: Camps SP-6

  • This is a great Robert Bouchet.

  • I also like your recording quality, it looks and sounds very professional. I would like to improve the quality of youtube videos as we will all enjoy them so much more. You have won a new subscriber.

  • Thanks a lot Vasilispol16!

I have 2 Tarrega's on my channel but there will be more in the future. Feel free to subscribe and keep watching!

    Regards,

  • Nice work, however it is not Study 25 (XXV)from Pujols 3rd volume. You are playing exercise 25 from lesson 22 in the 2nd volume of Pujol. Good job I might add, as Pujol said in his first volume chapter XIV "avoid useless efforts and movements." I dont mean to be overly critical because you have a good sound.
