The GOP released its weekly address on Thursday, marking the Thanksgiving holiday. Rep. Mike Pence said the country has much to be thankful for. But, he added, the Democrats have taken a bad economy and made it worse. (Nov. 26)

The economy is not worse, the stock market has gotten better, more people are spending money, people feel better about their lives, job losses have gone down.

Stock market is up, home sales are up and first time jobless rate is down. most stimulus money hasn't even been released. What's not too like. Yes, the people Pence will talk to are afraid: he's convinced them they're taxes are up (but they aren't) Obama will take their guns (complete silence from Obama) etc. they're afraid because FOX spits out fake numbers and tells people to be afraid. The rest of us aren't afraid at all.

And i don't see any part in your bill that would say that government would RUN healthcare, but FUND it. This means the government pays the wages of the doctors, and handles various other costs of the system. Other than that, it'd be more or less hands-off for them.
