Women benefit from Martial Artists by gaining better balance both physically and mentally in everyday life. They walk with confidence when they go out places and feel safer wherever they go because they have learned to have a constant awareness of their surroundings.

Women who study martial arts have a peace of mind knowing they could defend themselves if they needed to and they develop the mental fortitude and resolve to defend themselves without hesitation should the situation arise.

Through Martial Arts, women can discover a hobby and a passion which can be a balanced beauty of grace and elegance delicately disguising power and energy.

Martial arts provides women with a physical outlet for creative energies
Female martial artists grown in their awareness of their body and of the muscles used to complete various tasks (such as household chores). Meaning, they have a clear understanding of which muscles are being engaged and when. Martial Arts is a constantly enjoyable way to get fit and stay in shape.

Through the unique challenge of martial arts a woman's confidence in her potential and abilities will significantly increase

  • makes me want to get back into martial arts. just haven't had the time or money to stay consistently enrolled. i would like to take wing chun or kung fu.

  • im so jealous of your schools equipment.

  • It's a very well-equipped school. There's a veritable platoon of BOBs lined up there!

  • Great video! I like the combos, especially around 5:04. Maybe I'll try them in my sparring. What you say is true. I am a 46 woman and a yellow belt in Kempo, and love it. It's a lot of fun, and great for the mind and body. I wish I could get more of my friends to join in. Looks like you have a great school. Keep up the good work.

  • now this is how a martial arts schools training should be, ive been in many school and none were as usful as this, well from what ive seen. Im a man but still.

  • The narrative from 5:30 - 5:50 says it all. This is a nice tribute to all women who have and currently are training in the martial arts. Nice video!
