Can anyone out there tell me how to encode images into these weird audio signals? Isn't there some sort of software out there?

what frequency will i get your sstv signals?
can i get it from my shortwave radio alone or plug it in the monitor through computer software for converting the sound to pixels?
i can receive frequencies from 5.92mhz to 21.9mhz only.
