  • 2 against 1, thats not fair!

  • He would have been a great Bond but his ego too big and they dumped him unfortunately.

  • choreographed by none other than Bruce Lee!

  • What a shit Bond.

  • A similar thing happened to me in Whitby.

  • @ROLANDMC80EX I've always liked Lazenby as well. He's not my favorite, but he does a good job. His agent was the reason he didn't return. He said "Oh, James Bond isn't going to be poular in a couple years, don't sign a contract." What a dumbass.

  • @ROLANDMC80EX After this he was offered a multifilm deal and turned it down, believing that Bond would wane in popularity during the '70s. And it's probably good he did, as the series probably would have declined in popularity had he stayed in the role. He got the biggest break in film history and threw it away. And while this is one of the better Bond movies, he is absolutely terrible outside the fight scenes.

  • He was Bond because he used his initiative on few occasions in getting seen by Bond producers Harry Saltzman and Albert R. Broccoli, and because he looked the part quite alright and was basically asking for the part - he got it :)

it just back fired on him because he's acting ability wasn't the best, and his fucking accent. God if only he worked on his accent he would be a commendable Bond. He was just in it for the attention and power of other roles and that too backfired on him. what an ass.

  • i know so many people will disagree, but he was and remains my favourite Bond !

He stepped into an almost impossible role, and was the one to carry the story forward in a real way, rather than special effects. Also, he was the first believable

version of the character, as opposed to the fairy tale version that preceded him, and all the rubbish that carried on after him.how sad it is, that he did not get achance to carry on the role for whatever reason......WE WAS ROBBED!

  • "This never happened to the other fellow."

    Connery reference, anyone?
