Il 15 marzo 2011 è stata una data storica per i giovani della Striscia di Gaza.
Per la prima volta hanno alzato la voce contro il governo integralista di Hamas e la divisione della Palestina in due fazioni rivali, Hamas a Gaza e Fatah in Cisgiordania, riunendo 300mila persone in una manifestazione di piazza senza precedenti.
Hanno pagato con le percosse e con il carcere.
Vittorio Arrigoni, l'attivista italiano ucciso a Gaza il 15 aprile, era il loro primo sostenitore.
E c'è chi pensa che le recenti prove di riconciliazione tra Fatah e Hamas siano anche merito di questi ragazzi.

The 15Th of March 2011 has been a historic date for young people in Gaza Strip. For the first time, they spoke up against Ha mas' Islamic government and against the division of Palestine in two rival parties, Ha mas in Gaza and Fatah in the West Bank, putting 300 thousand people together in an unprecedented rally. Many of them were beaten and imprisoned.
No Country For Young Men is a 15 minutes documentary about young people in Gaza Strip, with interviews about their dreams and the prohibitions they have to face.
It's an independent movie, produced in Gaza Strip in spring 2011.
