Hunter vs Deathknight.wmv

As you can see from the video this DK has probably less than 5 seconds of actual uptime on me over the course of this minute long duel. I get him to 38% HP about 23 seconds into the duel and about 28 seconds later he is at 100% hp.

He wins the duel with 50% hp.

These things tend to happen when you feed the DK a free 120 RP or so during AMS.

@DTryptomine that 120 RP that I fed him was an explosive shot that went off right when he popped AMS. As you saw after the shot I immediately turtled up and stopped attacking him, popped deterrence. How much RP does he generate a second while AMS is up? He would have gone to 100 nonetheless.

@SALEHinCANADA Well, actually, the Hunter did do more ranged dps than the death knight except AMS completely swallowed the hunter's damage and gave him perfect chance to fully heal and spam Death Coil. AMS has already been nerfed because it's a bit of a ridiculous thing to be able to full heal and spam such a powerful attack off of one CD.

it really depends. IMO the first class you ever make will probably be the one your best with. i know personally my marksman hunter that is level 60 can take down 64 paladins all alone in BG's, because i know how to play them REALLY well

Nah... in my look hunter are raid-class... played hunter for half year... pulled most DPS all the time...

You should stop playing hunter: just go to wow site and check arena ladders there are like only a few hunters out there: definately the weakest class, doesnt count in pvp etc.
