#012 - unbroken music-box

I recorded the piano part at my home, and almost every sound in this work has been processed from the sound of the piano. I imagined that the warm light of "hope" is shining in the sky, whilst someone's abandoned music-box is lying on the ground together with the fragments of buildings washed away by the tsunami.

この作品は、自宅で弾いたピアノの即興をベースに、作品にあるほぼ全ての電子音はこの即興の録音が元の素材になっています。この作品を作るにあたって、僕は津波に流された­建物や家の破片が残る中、持ち主がいなくなったオルゴールが独り奏でる、そこに温かい太陽の光が「希望」の象徴として差している、、、、をイメージしました。
