Sony DSC-HX100V Samples [#3: Low Light with Fireworks] (HD1080) - BinaryCafe

This video is a supplement to my review of the Sony DSC-HX100V camera. It provides sample clips taken in low light (outdoors).
+The original video was shot in 1920x1080 AVCHD format (60fps).
+Weather on the evening/night of the shoot (7/3/2011) was party cloudy.
+The video has not been color graded or processed by any filters.
+Video was shot handheld (no tripod).
+Baseball park video was shot using Superior Intelligent Auto mode.
+Fireworks video was shot in scene mode, using 'Fireworks' setting.
+My family and I have no idea what the lights are at 5:10. Any ideas? There was a plane flying overhead at the same time, but the weird lights came from something that was totally silent.

Buenas tardes, mi pregunta es en grabación video en FULL HD cuanto le puede durar la batería.

@julianhi2009 - Hola. La batería es suficiente para muchas horas de video y fotos, tambíen. El manual de instrucción indica que la vida es 205 min para fotos con el LCD y 120 min para video. Yo tengo una batería adicional, pero usualmente no es necesario. Puedo usar el HX100V todo el dia, sin problema. Salud!

One question are you able to zoom in while recording video??? Because my Canon isn't able to do that?

@JaimeAvalosJr - Yes, you most definitely can zoom in while shooting video. Check out my samples video with zoom. The HX100V goes up to 30X while recording HD video, if using optical zoom--but you can actually switch it to digital zoom and go up to 120X. Cheers!

@BinaryCafe excelente, eso significa en la maxima calidad? y la tarjeta tiene que ser clase 10 o algo? otra gran duda que tengo es comprarme esta hermosa camara o bien la sony hdr xr160, yo quiero sacar fotos tb, pero cual te parece mas versatil? muchisimas gracias desde argentina :D

Bridge Cameras are the Future, just give them a slight bigger sensor and RAW support and you kill almost all the super expensive dslr

@BinaryCafe This is the selling point in my point of view....As I mentioned can't do this with my Canon camera......SX 100IS and many other of their newer models.
