Confluence of Object - Needle and Thread - Fantasy Sewing Kit

This is a project that I did for RMIT Bachelor of Industrial Design (Year 1 Semester 2). I made a sewing kit to go with the objects - needle and thread.

This video shows the process of me making the sewing box.

This sewing box is inspired by Disney's Fantasia- Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy. I like the way the motion of the fairies are accompanied by music just like how the motion of needles moving through fabric. That to me is magical. That is why this is called the "Fantasy Sewing Kit"
