The meat of today is full of hormones. That´s why you see extremely fat people especially in America. If you want to eat, it´s always fastfood, no other alternative! Subway looks healthy, but it isn´t

thank you!!!! whole grains are bad, believe it or not , its glycemic index is close to granulated sugar, to those out there munching on whole grains all you are doing is eating sugar and sugar my friends get you fat
