[MW2] Clan Tag & Message of the Day Hack

[READ]
Step 1: Copy your Save data and player profile to your flash drive.

Step 2: Open Up HxD Editor and open up GPAD0_MP. The Symbols that can be used in your clan tag are

¥ ¦ § ¨ © ª « ¬ ® ¯ ° ± ² ³ ´ µ ¶ • ¸ ¹ º » ¼ ½ ¾ ¿ ☼"

Step 3: Copy and then Paste the desired symbols into your clan tag, One By one. Make sure you DON'T go over the four character limit and that you don't go outside the two periods that were on the front and end of your original clan tag.

Step 4: Optional Message of the Day edit, Put your cursor in front of the 'W' in Welcome and begin typing what you want. Putting ^1 in front of your word will change it Red, ^2 Will be Green, and ^3 will be Blue. REMEMBER Do not hit the backspace when you make a mistake in the HxD Hex Editor, Either Hit UNDO or put the cursor in front of the mess up & type over it.

Step 5: Once completed, Save and then go back to your PS3.

Step 6: Copy the Save data and player profile from your flash drive back to your PS3.

Step 7: Start up Modern Warfare 2 and go to Multiplayer, and click on Online. If done correctly you should see the changes.

the message will only appear like 3 times and then the normal message of the day will appear so that sucks

i did it and it worked but if you log off or even change your clan tag, the message of the day goes away! thats so dumb!! it should stay there for ever!

this is the last part of my patch until im finishes, i have done everything right, i've checked and re-tried multiple times, but with the message of the day, the one i wrote scrolls across the screen only once and then the next time the animation of words repeats it just says the "welcome to mw2 check out the new mw3 gameplay trailer at.........." how do i make it so my message comes through every time? if you know a fix please reply, very urgent
