When NSW health minister describes synthetic THC as a "synthetic psychotic drug", one can be sure he's not speaking from a position of evidence. Still, "synthetic pot" that's been with us for four years, will now be as illegal as heroin, in NSW. Anti-drug zealot W.A. Premier, Colin Barnett was true to form in announcing 25 year prison terms.
The fact is we don't know the full side effects of synthetic cannabinoids ingested without supervision beyond the certainty that inhalation of any combustible material is a dire challenge to pulmonary health. We may assume confidently that psychotropic effects are similar to cannabis. And we may ask genuine questions about the effect of significantly greater concentrations of THC in synthetic concoctions both as acute and long term (or chronic - no pun) effects.
Indeed, we don't know the the effects of 22% of Complimentary and Alternative Medicines in Australian pharmacies that, lacking any trial data, were fraudulently submitted as "evidence backed" and rashly added to the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods by the TGA. But there's no rush to ban these products or to wage a War on Placebo, despite fears of adverse drug interactions or contamination with heavy metals and poisons.
Regrettably, this clip has the standard file footage of unnamed researchers looking at brain scans as the voice over notes doctors concerns - despite only anecdotal stories of nasty side effects. Both good and bad effects are the same as cannabis.
Prohibition has failed splendidly, leading only to the creation of vast underworld markets. Here, we may watch it in action.
I support warnings that smoking a loosely controlled herb dosed with THC is cause for caution. But removing the product from legal tax paying outlets and placing it in the hands of criminals who will now sell it as *genuine* cannabis is appallingly short sighted.

  • @Amirichi no , i put it on 3 videos .

  • @j3457879 rofl, now i see ur spamming this shit -.-

  • @Lubieland well said bro i noticed his post in another vid too, straight to the point ;)

  • Solution - legalize and regulate real cannabis. No one would even think twice about smoking spice.

  • @j3457879 Congrats on 2 months clean, I know it can be hard. I am 37 and have been smoking pot daily since I was about your age with no ill effects, the LEO where I live has recently started roadside dope testing so I thought Id give kronic a go and it was good and cleaner feeling than weed, more up and energetic but more expensive. I appreciate your concern but you should not project your weaknesess and problems onto others, your experience, although bad, is only yours. Good luck.

  • @Lubieland yes i was too young and was extremely stupid in doing this drug , you are right . BUT , i thought i should warn people out there of the danger of using this highly addictive , chemical poison which is killing us slowly . it was not that i wanted to do more , it was that i had to . I was addicted and have been clean 2 months now and im very proud of it .

my advice is to stop , seriously ... if you want to get high so bad , weed is a better alternative as it is all herbal .

  • And again most people who want it banned have had a bad experience. YOU dont like it, fine, but dont force YOUR beliefs on others who enjoy it, each to their own.

  • @j3457879 Firstly, you were too young to be smoking it, it is meant for adults but you probably know that. I am sorry for your situation but your case is a minority. I dont see why I should be denied my pleasure because a few people such as yourself misused it, rather selfish I think, and now because of your own lack of self control you are spreading your horror story anf further denying responsible people a rare pleasure in life. Thanks for that.

  • @Lubieland As someone who has been addicted to "kronic" i am glad it has been banned .

It got to the point where at 15, i would crave it all day at school and then get home and get so stoned i could hardly function .

It got me in some pretty bad situations and i spent over $700 in 2 months , i was nearly kicked out of home and sent to boarding school and to be honest it ruined my life and made me unhappy .

My advice to anyone offered this drug is not to do it , or bud . its just not worth it .
