Sorry to Bruce for being so intrusive with my camera -- just couldn't resist taking some close-up footage! Thanks to Mark for throwing me his drum stick mid set and signing it at the end of the gig! Thanks to the staff of Carlisle's 'Brickyard' for being so accommodating when asked politely to leave after walking in on BC's sound check earlier in the evening (staff of Glasgow's 'Garage' take note!). Thanks to BC for a memorable night and signing my CD before heading off into the fog back to Newcastle! And finally to 'The Big Man' for his music and inspiration! Stay Alive! Andy.

Agreed ! Mark Brzezicki is from another planet compared to any of his contemporaries. His sound, his beats, are as unique and as identifiable as Stuart's guitar playing. The man is phenomenal.

A truly phenomenal drummer. His technique and natural instinct for capturing the right sound puts this man in a super category. He drives Big Country in a way which no other drummer could ever do and is as indispensable to this band as Keith Moon was to The Who.
