  • Is there a muscle advantage between the two sets of holes?

  • There may be but I do not know of any study to confirm this. It is mainly for comfort.

  • yeah, I agree, I can't tell which end is supposed to be or down, how to decide which holes to use, or where the spcaer plate goes.

  • im having trouble installing de middle little plate, de cleat keeps sliding over it when i uncleat, am i nos using proper strenght or i can just take them away? thanks for your response
